For our clients, I bring 25 years’ experience in all segments of the agri-food industry, plus a wealth of communications experience, and a robust network of connections built over the years. My personal motto is ‘have fun and get it done’, with a heavy emphasis on the ‘get it done’ part!
I get energy from working collaboratively with our clients to help them achieve their goals. I feel the core of my job is to help each of our clients make their bonus each year, and advance their career. Because if they make their bonus it means the company has achieved its business objectives. If an agency can bring that to the table, I believe we truly are adding value.”
It’s my job to translate the needs of one side to the other and then explain the solutions we are proposing. It’s critical to listen to and understand the client’s needs and goals.

You have to find that common ground that everyone can play on while coaching the team. A good rule of thumb is never go anywhere without the tools of the trade: brain, duct tape, sharpie, scissors, glue gun.
